William T Bartlett sent my comments regarding how I plan for my fuel load to
the LML. I'm not sure exactly what was meant by this but let me assure you -
this is how I plan my flights. I make use of my GPS data base to plan for
when I need to get on the ground - with the fuel the major consideration. I
have no sympathy for the pilot who runs out of go juice - there is simply no
excuse for it. I know how long I can remain airborne using the 32 gallons in
the wings and judicial flight planning puts me near a fuel source at the
appropriate time. If weather interferes, I stop early. Nuff said.
