While at Sun N Fun I stopped at the Aero Composites booth and talked to John Violette their president. I asked him if there were any issues with his props. He told me the only issue was some history of the blades sticking in the hubs. John said because the gap was so small (one thousands If I remember right) and the machining was done in a building that the temperature fluctuated somewhat that they ended up with a smaller gap on some of the blade/hubs. He said they now have a chart where the machining is done so they can compensate for temperature variations. Hope that helps. Dan Barnes Internal Virus Database is out-of-date.
