I purchased my prop in April, 2003. I now have 600 hours on the prop with no problems.
Your problem is not the prop. The problem is with the hub. When I purchased my prop, Aerocomposites was using the McCauley hub. Since then I believe that they have started to manufacture their own hubs. Do you know what type of hub you have?

I think there are quite a few Lancairs with the Aerocomposites prop. I wonder if any have had a blade "sticking" problem like I have.
