Steve Reeves,
Perhaps you read it on one of my posts.. I have a 3 blade electric MTV 18-C-162-105 and have been very satisfied with it.  It's on a 4" hub extension off the Lyc O-320, the engine fly wheel ring has a brass slip ring ( similiar to a prop de-ice ring, there are two sizes, a 47 and a 49 tooth fly  wheel and the one you want is the 49 tooth, salvage yards have them, MT will install the slip ring..   My props controlled by a P120/2700 Controller mounted on the instrumenet panel.
Prop motor is in the spinner with adjustable over and under speed limit switches.   The Controller senses rpm thru the brush blocks (off theslip ring) and will set the prop pitch to what ever RPM/MP you selecct or it will set RPM Manually.  The prop goes to fine pitch when you pull off the power, it changes pitch at one degree per second, period.
MT brushes- mine have about 400 hrs on them with 3/4 of their service life left and are easily changed.  I get about 8" ground clearance with the oleo nearly extended.  More.. Don Skeele   850-626-4946
