There are many ways to tie down your wiring and hoses without enriching, to a ridiculous extent, the manufacturer of these gizmos. IMHO, anybody that can charge a buck for something that is worth a dime is gouging the homebuilder (or anybody that uses them, for that matter) just because they're "aircraft parts".
