A 1.7 gph improvement (8.6%) is the same performance on less power. What happens to the TAS when you increase the rpm to consume the same amount of fuel, 19.8 gph? Have you considered the difference in dew points on the days the test were run? Were the gross weights and CGs the same? So many questions, so little time......................................
