Brian Alley from Carbon Fiber Composites out of
West Virginia flew into Phoenix two weeks ago last Friday to help me with my
IV-P. In two weeks, we completely installed the horizontal and vertical
stabilizer as well as the pressure bulkhead. This included cutting the original
weights out of both elevators, replacing the 7 lbs of lead with 2.38 lbs on
each side, building new structure and re-closing them. This was done to
accommodate the use of the center bob weight system. Brian is extremely
