I think it is time for all the kit manufactures and customer build shops to get together and help the FAA with a process that can prove 51% compliance. If we do not do they will and we may not like what we get. If any one has ideas about how to prove beyond a doubt that the builder meets the reg please contact me and I'll pass it on.
