My Legacy has developed a problem with failure to retract. It will take between 5 and 30 seconds after flipping the switch to get the pump to activate. This only happens first retract of the day and in cold weather. It has never done it a second time within a given flight and cannot be repeated on jacks. Lancair says this is a qwerk in cold weather but if this is true what is the mechanism? Any insight?
