I have seen completed Legacys offered for sale between $225,000 and $275,000. My Legacy projects to cost about $300,000. My panel is $100,000 and I have a TSIO-550 engine. If a person went with a basic airplane and panel and did all the work himself, I would think $150,000 might cover it.
