Greetings All,
I hope everyone had a safe trip home from Oshkosh. I have been playing
around with some of the footage that was shot last week and threw
together a 5 minute flick for your viewing pleasure. This is by no
means a polished short rather a rough draft if you will.
You can click on the link below to either stream or download the MPEG
movie to your pc. The file is quite large (48mb) so streaming may not
allow for smooth viewing unless you have a broadband connection. It
sometime helps to start the movie and then pause it to allow for the
download to move ahead of what you're viewing.
A few things about this flick. First, it was shot in widescreen,
letterbox, 16x9 or whatever you want to call it. This MPEG version of
the film is not quite as wide as it should be so the video may seem a
little "squashed" but rest assured the full version will be exported
with the proper pixel ratio.
Also, the gray sky at Dayton didn't help with the eye candy so - we got
what we got. I tried to use the murkey sky as a tool to transition
between scenes. I am waiting on footage from a number of sources so
that explains why there are some things missing.
