I too had one of my holes in the main spar not come out quite where I wanted it to due to the drill drifting a littlie.  I decided to drill it oversize and then make a custom bushing to install. Thats what happens when you have a machine shop readily availible so aluminum bushings are a nice lunch project......   For the drilling I used a porta-drill clamped to the spar.  It kind of looks like a mini drill press but should be availible at the hardware store.
