Paul,
It may be just a piece of dirt
in it. Clean it and run the adjustment screw in and out a couple
times. Then give another shot. Mine seamed to be a little quirky
somewhere around 100 hours. It's now doing just fine at 325. Or pay
the $70 and sleep at night. Good luck,
