I have restrictor fittings in both ends of my flap cylinder now with no
apparent slow down of either extension or retraction.  Apparently it takes a
very small opening to slow the flap speed.
In extension, in order to slow the flaps down, I need to have the
adjustsable valve nearly closed before it does much at all.
