Sounds like
something for nothing. Wouldn't the lightened boat rise, thus reducing the
amount of ocean displaced, resulting in a drop in the level of the ocean equal
to the amount of added fluid, being the same fluid quantity removed from the
boat, and then...oh, what the hell. I think I'll have a beer, wait an hour and
REALLY raise the ocean level, standing on the shore and avoiding all this
painful thought. w
