Same thing happened to me after the first few flights. Big chunks of the brake fell out. I have replaced these pads with Clevelands and have been using these ever since. I posted this incident on this forum. If you need the part number, do a thread search in the archives since I don't have the part number handy. Or I'll email you the part number tomorrow when I get back in the office...
