Subject: [FlyRotary] another rotary airplane roars to life
Very please to report a sucsessful first firing of my 13B powered Glastar
tonight. Only problem was my first battery was a bit low and even though
the engine would turn over and the plugs would fire the injectors were not
getting triggered. With a fully charged battery it kicked off right away
and roared to life. Very cool experience!
Thanks everybody for all the help,
Perry Casson
[Ooops... sorry for the delay... I accidentally sent this along to the
Lancair Mail List instead of the FlyRotary list. Congratulations on
firing
up that 13B, Perry... makes me want to get mine to that point all the
more. <Marv> ]
Way to go, Perry! It sometimes seems like you'll never get to this point,
but it's sure rewarding the first time the engine actually fires and runs.
