Ed is of course right, the specific heat is more important and water wetter will allow a higher percent of water. I guess it's not that hard to keep the pressure up.

That's funny. I did a similar search and seemed to discover that the performance is not really significantly better but I will probably use it from now on for its environmental properties. The same search did convince me of the benifical properties of water wetter, so I ordered some of that :-)
