It was in someone else's hands for a couple years before I bought it. However, he never came close to running it and I cant imagine he would have put any coolant in it. I haven't asked Atkins for help, but I did send them a copy of my last e-mail in case they want to volunteer any. I really cant figure out who would put in the water, it just doesn't make any sense. Oh well, I'm just happy to have solved my problem and will always get a better history on the engines I buy or just build them myself.
