So on controller A all injectors work in test mode.
And on controller A all spark plugs fire in test mode.
Well, if still won't run on controller A after you swap the chips, that leaves the controller A CAS circuit, I think. However I may be missing something.

I checked the EM2 MAP and found data there. Also turned off the secondary injectors and unplugged one primary injector at a time, and both “clicked”; so think injectors are okay.
