I don't think the CAS circuit is used in spark test mode -- the MCU/CPU 
simply fires all plugs at the rate mentioned.
As to my remark that CAS circuit is shared by A and B, that's probably 
not true but I'm not really familiar with EC2 hardware in all their 
versions.
