I guess with a tail dragger the rotors slide towards the tail (front of engine), fully compressing the front side seals. Would hate to break them to get them out, so letting them sit overnight. Hopefully will be able to work them out tomorrow.  I suspect I'll find at least three stuck side seals on the front rotor when I get to that.
