My dampers were starting to wear out after a few hundred hours so I replaced them with re enforced silicone washers. Paul Lamar made them for me by cutting circles out of a sheet of re enforced high temp silicone. I stacked for of those cookies to make one of the dampers. There is no noticeable wear after several hundred hours.

Got my “C” model PSRU apart, and found out where all the small bits of rubber stuck on the firewall came from. Luckily I have spare parts for both a “B” and a “C” model.

Does anyone know off hand it the damper assembly’s are the same for both models?
