Thanks for the pic. It looks like you didn't bore the thread diameter all the way to the wear surface, but in effect, threaded a 'blind hole'. Is that correct? Straight threads, I assume? From previous pics, I guess the outer housing was threaded, as well? And then the water jacket & case bolt hole were potted?

Since I can apparently type faster than I can think... is the inner housing layer threaded at all, or is it just a butt joint or nested into the hole?
