Charlie,
I had a pulley machined for the alternator to slow it down. You may be
able to purchase an individual pulley from

Subject: [FlyRotary] source for alternator pulleys needed
I have a Denso alternator from (I think) an old Suzuki Samurai that I
want to use on the renesis. Unfortunately, the stock pulley is for a
single-V belt. Anyone know of a source for a 5 groove pulley that will
fit it? It has a 15mm dia shaft, & any diameter between 60 & 70 mm
should work fine. I'd like to run it on the same serpentine belt path
that drives the water pump. Unfortunately, most auto parts houses want
'year, make & model' of the vehicle, instead of actual info on the
pulley.
I suppose an alternative would be single-V pulleys for the e-shaft &
water pump, if someone has gone that route, but that means buying two
pulleys instead of one. (Can you tell I'm cheap?)
Thanks,
Charlie
