That's way too logical! Thanks Terry. I think that's the approach I'll take. 
The package isn't that large (20 x 29 x 16 crated) so I would imagine it would squeeze in somewhere on most any load.

I did deliver the engine/crate to the shippers dock and there was no guarantee on delivery date.
