Dale; I picked up one for my 78 Dodge pickup for about l2 bucks at the

Do you have the part # for that valve handy? I did a
search at JC Whitney and only came up with two valves
(4 port and 6 port) and they were both *motor* driven -
which means they have _no_ default condition.
