Yep!  Finn,  I forgot that  you also had that same ballast resistor failure. 
I'm still flying with the original (well, including the new larger ballast 
resistor) Rx-7 ignition system that I originally put on the aircraft.

 I have everything necessary for an LS1 ignition set up - but guess I wait 
and put that on the 16X engine installation {:>)
