Thank you very much for the comments Lynn.  As you were laying out the
rules, I was already thinking of how I was going to have to violate many of
them.  I still don't know how much power I'm going to lose, or perhaps gain,
over my old turbo system at 5 psi.  I haven't changed the prop pitch, so I
should have a direct indication of how the power compares when I get the
engine running again.  Thanks again!
