I spoke with a facet engineer the other
day. he told me that their pumps need a good ground in order to produce
their rated capacities. he told me that he has experienced problems
several times in his lab when the grounding was inadequate. the pump will
run, just not produce the pressure it was designed to. perhaps Finn's pump
has this problem.
