That was my first choice, but my front housing does not have the mounting
studs, unless I make a special bracket for the sensors? Tracy thinks that
RX-8 sensor is better solution.

magnetic sensor (two tubes mounted in tandem on two screw posts on front
cover) mated with a pulley with trigger fingers on it. I don't know about the
rx8 but the late model rx7s had them.
