Kevin, my 13B will idle 800 rpm nicely with the Weber 48 w/the 42 chokes, but I turned up the idle so I couldn't kill it accidently by closing the throttle completely on fuel injection.  The static is 5500 with a Felix 68 x 70 prop.  JohnD...waiting for the spring weather here in Northern Michigan to stabilize for first flight

with clean fuel filters, plus an electric fuel pump and regulator, it is sounding more like a real engine.  sorry about the diesel truck noise in the background.

the video doesn't relay how incredibly loud this is, just about painful at the higher rpms. I got out my noise canceling headset and turned it on for later runs.  I'm going to have to remount the prop to gain a bit of cooling.  water temp hit 180° after 2 minutes of several short runs.  still want to confirm the tach is reading correctly.  this run showed idle around 800rpm and high point near 3400rpm.  does that seem right?  I need to test more, but the MSD rev limiter "pills" seemed to limit at half their marked value, I.e. the 3000 at 1500.....the video shows it with the 7000rpm limit pill installed.   need to borrow a prop tach.
