The renesis housing will fit onto the 20B, but the studs will need to be replaced with ones that are approx. 1/2" longer. (I found some 8mm studs at McMaster Carr for about $3.50/ea.). The problem is with the pulleys. You'll have to figure something out on that. I had a Renesis front hub with pulley. The Renesis hub won't interchange with the 20b, so I had to have it modified. Nothing major, but additional work. You may have better luck getting your pulleys to line up without having to resort to machining misc. pieces. I got lucky and found a new Renesis front cover, wp, and oil injection pump for $100. Not too bad a deal. It was missing the thermostat housing, so I had to make an adapter, but I could have bought one of those pretty cheap from the wrecking yard. I bought some aftermarket pulleys for < $100. And as I had stated earlier, I already had the Renesis crank pulley, hub and CA= S wheel. Now I need to remove the 20B WP, install the Renesis WP, weld up the new plumbing to fit, and relocate the alternators. See, nothing to it! Mark S. P.S. PL builds & sells a Renesis inlet/outlet adapter for $150. Adds a bi= t of weight, but incorporates the radiator cap.
