I'm sure many people on the list, my self included, would like any picts you have, whether the paint job is complete or not. -----Original Message----- From: Rotary motors in aircraft [mailto:flyrotary@lancaironline.net] On Behalf Of Steve Thomas Sent: Friday, July 24, 2009 13:33 To: Rotary motors in aircraft Subject: [FlyRotary] Aircraft Painting (Off Topic) I wanted to give a plug to the guy who is nearly finished painting my airplane. I know that there are many great paint shops around, but this guy is willing to come to you with his mobile setup. He has done a fabulous job and I wanted to give him a plug. He is not quite finished with my paint job, so I'm not going to post a picture until it is. However, if you are at all interested in his services, I can send you some partially completed photos off-line. He is located in central California and is willing to talk to anyone in northern or southern California, and possibly even Nevada or Arizona. He is an experienced automobile painter (25+ years), including complex graphics and airbrushing and this is his third airplane. He works with aluminum, fiberglass and fabric. He comes with my highest recommendation.
