A guy
on a Mustang list had a simple method of adding a bead without a tool.
He just cut off some pipe and used a pipe expander to make it just slip over
the existing tube end and then rounded it a bit and soldered / brazed it in
place.

tool, or pipe expander, – which would I like to have . . Just
kidding; I think I could take a piece of pipe down to the local muffler
shop.
