That Fram has been on there since before Lynn made the comment, what 5 or 6 years ago? Already have a Wix ready for the first oil change.

Mike,
The guys are correct.........As our resident "GURU" Lynn Hanovr
would tell you "Fram" filters are garbage.........Use "WIX" (NAPA
Gold) or "K&N"..............."Friends do not let Friends fly with Fram"

Mike,
The installation looks good.
K&N oil filters have ears for safety wire.  They are about half the price of Champion A/C filters.  I buy mine through Summitt Racing on the web.

Mike,

Installation looks great!

Two items:
One: I hate FRAM filters.  WIX (Napa Gold) is still my favorite.  Even for first fire up (First time I fire an engine, run for 10 minutes... new filter and oil after that first run).
Two: Hose clamp -- screw type-- around the filter body give a place for the safety wire to attach.
