As Lynn suggested 3 cu" per HP seems to be the rule
of thumb. Of course you could go smaller if you have everything just
right.
I like the oil to water rad as a secondary oil
cooler as it heats the oil on start up.

No, actually, I was trying to get a sense of the size of radiator I
would need. Still discussing size, and thickness.

How thick (Dimensions) is your radiator, and what
size hoses are you running? Thinking of surface mounting the feed and
return lines, and the best way to do that.
