Speaking of unsubscribe, can anyone point me to the link for that? I tried Rotary motors in aircraft [flyrotary@lancaironline.net] but it will not take.

Thanks & good luck to you guys, maybe some day but for now an untested air frame and exp. Engine is too much risk for me.

I was on this list years ago when it first started up. Job change and other issues slowed progress on my project and I unsubscribed.

I've been working pretty steadily on it the past year. Had my first engine start a couple of months ago and hope to have first flight soon, once I sort out some engine issues. Been having some problems from idle up to about 3000 RPMs, from there it runs good. Max static RPM is 5300.

Anyway, thought it was about time I re-subscribed to see what I've been missing in the past 4 years. I'm assuming many of the guys I knew back then are now flying.

Airplane particulars. It's an RV-4, completely stock from the firewall back with basic VFR instrumentation. A plugs normal 13B by Bruce Turrentine with turbo housings and high compression NA rotors. Tracy's EC2 and RD1 (his original prototype which flew on his RV some 160 hours when he abandoned the Ross drive). Radiator and oil cooler mounted under the engine with a custom chin inlet cowl.

Is Chuck Dunlap still on here? If so, I'd like to talk to you Chuck.

All for now,

Mike Wills
