The intake manifold was supposed to be my project for last weekend, but I got distracted with other things. I am planning on this weekend. I have a 6-port. I cut the flange off of the lower intake manifold and I plan to use that as a base for a composite manifold. I'm still undecided about what will be the best way to join the aluminum flange and the composite runners.
