I also have the plans. Visited with the designer at his home in 1975 as I was leaving the USAF F-4 fleet behind, but never had the guts to start welding. Then the RV series came along, and I succumbed.

I have a set of plans for that and I welded a bunch on one, but I chickened
out on building one. Saw the original and one from Canada a few times.
