So strange that even I can't think of anything other than the controller itself but let me think on it awhile. There has to be something. B was definitely tested before I shipped it back. Anything can happen though. The fuel map may be too different from A to B.  Try copying A to B and then see if it will run on B.  If not, call Tracy.
