Pour light oil or automatic transmission = fluid (approx 1/2 cup) into the offending rotor housing through the = spark plug hole, put the plug back in and crank it. The oil will seal = the seals better and get the pressure behind them to build up and = hopefully loosen them. But, I would think that once they have broken free that shouldn't be = necessary to repeat. So you may find the seal does not move when = prodded.
