The first one took out the belt (overhead the field, thankfully). I fitted a disconnect so the clutch was held in with a vacuum switch. The second one failed (on the ground) and causes the pully to lock up even when the clutch is disengaged. Not good. It's time to loose the vacuum. I need an idle gear to replace the smog pump in the belt path. I've searched for eliminator brackets, but can't find one for an RX7. Any suggestions? Regards, John Slade
