Bob,
What I suggested was that you test one injector at a time until you had
tested all three of the primary injectors.  I am pretty sure that all three
primary injectors (it could be the secondaries as far as I know) fire when
you push the program button.  So, disconnect two of the three primaries,
push the program button and listed for the "click", then disconnect that one
and connect the second one and repeat until you've tested all three.

An alternative method would be to have a buddy push the program button while
you listed with a stethescope on each injector.
