Hi Bob,

I think it's the same stuff you are talking about, I used Earls Pro
Lite 350 nylon braided hose for both the water and oil lines.  It
worked great.  I started with the intention of using stainless braided
hose, but after installing a couple of ends on that stuff creating
hundreds of puncture wounds, the nylon braid sounded promising. :)

My intention was to replace the hose every couple of years, and reuse
the expensive AN fittings.

I'm running all nylon braided water and oil lines with AN connections. Same stuff we always ran on race cars. I assume theres nothing wrong with this setup? I'm suprised I dont read anything about anyone else using it. Am I overlooking something?

I was able to find the hose on their site, AND call to add a few feet to my order before they shipped!!?
I had to go through the online catalog one page at a time. Look for "silicone heater hose".?
