Ed,
Yes, I don't know where the name Patrick came from. Jason is the one that was almost ready for first flight at the time of the Pecan airpark fly-in. Anyone know how he is doing with his flight testing?

If talking about Bill Eslick with his 13B powered RV-6 at Pecan airpark, then his 13B powered RV-7 neighbor is Jason Hutchinson. If a Patrick is there as well, I am not aware.

No, Bill's is a 13B. So is Patricks. I'm pretty sure that Chris' is a 20B. Sorry for the confusion.

And don't forget Bill Eslick, and Patrick (forgot his last name), located in Grandberry, TX. Also, Chris in Houston is building a Velocity. Sounds like we should organize a rotary roundup... Texas style!

Bobby,
You're right, they're sprouting like weeds here in Central Texas.

David,
I sure hope to have my button by this Thursday's EAA meeting so I can wear it when giving my first flight report. The old codgers in my chapter have been less than supportive of the rotary engine. Maybe I can help them see the light. There are two flying rotaries in our chapter, and a third under construction. Sooner or later they will have to recognize that the rotary is a good alternative engine.
Wow, I've finally graduated to the "flying page" on the Rotary Roster. What a thrill!

Bernie,
Other 20B aircraft flyers include Tom Parks, Chuck Harbert, Brice Dunays, Al Gietzen, and Lou Rubin. And I am probably missing a couple.
Not to take anything away from Mark S. who has a beautiful installation. Congrats Mark!! Well done. Now I can move you onto the flying page of the Rotary Roster... and you get a button from Tracy :-)

Tracy, I thought you were going to be first to fly with 20B. Guess Mark was first or is there someone else out there flying? Interesting about noise!
Hope you don't need to take apart , but discretion can be the better part of valor ( I think , but have never been very good at doing)
When are you in colo. and how is Finn doing on hangar and airplane??
