Tracy,

That's quite a ways from Dripping Springs, but I will make an extra effort to make it there.  Thanks for the reminder.

Mark,

You've probably seen this message, but just in case, I don't want you to miss the next meeting, either.  We don't get too many first flight reports around here, and a rotary is just that much more rare:

We will meet for our September meeting at Amplify Credit Union at usual time 7 to 9 PM.  Below is a link to map.  Something new, so give yourself a little extra time to get there.

Tracy.

Rusty,

Thanks, I'll wear my "I love flying my rotary powered airplane" button with pride.  We're in a pretty small club when you stop and think about it.  I can hardly wait for next month's EAA meeting so I can give a report on my first flight.

That's awesome Mark!  That's going to be a sweet flying plane for sure :-)

BTW, I'd like to offer an additional congratulations for the restraint you seem to show towards the first flight.  Perfect conditions, and nothing beyond what you originally planned.  Keep that up, combined with the great job you've done on the build, and you'll have a safe and productive test period.

Well done!
Rusty
