What Navy airspace are you talking about?

My airport is
2R4, which is in a notch of the inner circle of Whiting Field,
just North East of Pensacola, FL. Of course there's also NAS
Pensacola, and let's not forget the HUGE restricted airspace hassle of Eglin Air
Force Base. Flying here is a joy :-)
