That was my guess too Bob (bad connection to 19 & 37 which is the
injector ground return path). That is the only thing that would explain
the symptoms Buly is having except for all 4 injector drivers going bad on both
controllers (really hard to believe). It worked on the bench after I
updated it.
Obviously there is an answer and I'll find out what it is when I get back
next month if Buly does not find it sooner.
I thought it might be the software (Laura's cat could have edited it when I
wasn't looking) but I programmed another unit with that version and it worked
OK. I am mystified at this point.
Buly, try one more test just to satisfy my own curiosity. Remove
the connector and do the ground each injector pin like you did before but
instead of using a ground wire, use a wire connected to pin 19 or 37
instead. I know you already tested 19 & 37 for being grounded
but try it anyway.
