Mark Frigid Air makes oil-to-air
exchangers, he’s looking for the simple “donut style” oil-to-water heat
exchanger that mounts between the oil filter and engine block.

Have you tried Frigid Air?

The Modine heat exchanger referred to below was common on V8 Ford pick-ups in the late 80's; maybe
this will help your search … I'm having trouble finding it as well.

The
O'Reiley's A/P store in Lockhart had an a/c core book that they let me look
through. There are hundreds of different models to choose from.
Best I recall, the biggest was for a Dodge 12 passenger van.

The NAPA stores used to have
picture books of the pieces they sell. I picked out clutch and brake master
cylinders from such a book. Perhaps there is one for AC cores.

FWIW, Ford/Modine makes a simple heat exchanger that adapts
to the oil filter, though it is not directly compatible with the 13B and would
not provide all necessary cooling, it could be used to compliment an
installation that is on the edge … see attached url example.
Searching the web using the part #/Ford
parts/Modine etc. has come up empty on that heat exchanger. Any other
info on where this could be found? I'm wondering what sort of BTU rating
it may have. Since I already use a remote filter mount which it may fit;
it could be a simple way to increase the cooling coupling between water and
oil; which could have some benefits.
